Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
People share personal things on Manasu Maata, so we keep data collection to the minimum needed to run a session. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Manasu Maata is an online service operated by Pidugurall Deepu Venkatesh, based in Palnadu, Andhra Pradesh, India.
1. What we collect
- Contact details: your phone number (needed to call you), and your email address and name if you give them.
- Booking details: the session length and listener you choose, date and time, call duration, and payment status.
- Payment details: handled entirely by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. We receive a payment reference and status, never your card, UPI PIN or bank login.
- Session content: your voice is processed in real time so the AI listener can understand and reply. A call transcript and recording may be created.
- Website usage: basic, non-identifying information such as pages visited and device type, to keep the website working well.
2. Why we use it
- To deliver your session and call you
- To process payments, refunds and re-calls
- To answer your support requests
- To review a small number of sessions for quality, and to check how the listener handled safety situations, so we can improve it
- To meet legal and tax obligations
We do not sell your data. We do not use your conversations for advertising. We do not share your conversations with your family, employer or anyone else, except as described in section 6.
3. Who processes your data for us
- Cashfree Payments for payment processing
- Our voice-AI provider (Sarvam AI, India) for speech recognition, the AI listener, and phone calling
- Our website hosting provider to serve this website
These providers process data only to provide their service to us, under their own security and privacy commitments.
4. How long we keep it
- Call transcripts and recordings: up to 30 days, then deleted. A record may be kept longer only if it is needed to investigate a safety concern, a complaint, or a legal claim.
- Booking and payment records: as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
- Phone number and email: until you ask us to delete them, or 12 months after your last session, whichever comes first.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you
- Correct or update it
- Delete it, including your session transcripts and recordings
- Stop using it, by withdrawing your consent
Email manasumaata.in@gmail.com from your registered email, or with your phone number and payment reference. We respond within 30 days.
6. When we may share information
We may disclose information if required by law, court order or a government authority, or where there is a serious and immediate risk to someone's life and disclosure is permitted by law.
7. Security
Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to session records is limited to the people who run Manasu Maata. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
8. Children
Manasu Maata is only for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has used the service, contact us and we will delete their data.
